Perhaps its the denial part?

Reconstruction of face like a ject should be alright I think.
Like botox and meso should be okay.
They are technical facial that makes you look better without knife.

For under the knife, its a little over.
Once did it, people will label you as "plastic".

People who undergo such treatment looks typically the same.

a perty high nose bridge,
sexy pumped lips,
trimmed face,
slinky body contours with done-liposuction and saline boobs.
Over-ed.

Hence no point denying, its a mould.
Since you are out of the mould,
people recognize you for that mould-shape.

One fine day,
I would like to try technical facial,
aesthetics fix is no crime :)
Instant results, better than reporting to facial salon monthly.
I shan't judge about this,
I have yet to have experience about it.
